Mobile App Development

This module builds the same Notes app twice: first with cross-platform frameworks, then natively for Android. Both courses share the same app specification and the same Appwrite backend (same table, same schema), so you can compare the approaches step by step.

Courses

• Cross-Platform Mobile Development: Flutter & React Native: one code base for Android and iOS, built side by side with React Native (Expo) and Flutter.
• Native Android Development: Kotlin & Jetpack Compose: the same app with Android’s own tools, to see what you gain and what you pay when you target one platform.

Each course has three parts: a local Notes app, a remote database with Appwrite, then user accounts, per-user data and publishing.
